Final Judgment was awarded on December 1, 2020 in Civil Case No. 19-CA-010278, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-D, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and JESSE M. URRA; DOLORES URRA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE; CACV OF COLORADO, LLC; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

TRACT BEGINNING 180 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF TRACT 4 OF SOUTH TAMPA A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING IN THE NORTHEAST 1/4 IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN WEST 90 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 279 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE CENTER LINE OF A CREEK; THENCE EAST 90 FEET THENCE NORTH 279 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
