Mosaic Development, LLC (Mosaic) has scheduled an informational community meeting on Monday, August 16, 2021, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. The purpose of this informational meeting is to determine interest and provide opportunities for the surrounding community to express comments and suggestions regarding Mosaic's intent to amend the previously approved Planned Development for the property identified as 23-43-24-00-00003-0000, located on Del Prado Boulevard 1.5-miles east of US41; within Lee County jurisdiction and the North Fort Myers Community Plan as designated by Lee County Land Development Code §33-1532. This notice conforms with §376.80(2)(C) FS and Lee County Land Development Code §34-373.
The informational community meeting will be held at North Fort Myers Community Center, located at 2000 North Recreation Park Way North Fort Myers, FL 33903. This meeting is free and open to the public.
