Notice is given pursuant to AMENDED FINAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE, entered on July 21, 2021 and recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida on July 23, 2021, in Case No. 21-CA-2577 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which CWJD HOLDINGS WYOMING, LLC is the Plaintiff and SHOBE C. JUMAN, Individually, SHOBE C. JUMAN, as Trustee of the Shobe C. Juman Living Trust Agreement dated March 8, 2018, and NEZAMODEEN JUMAN, individually are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning 9:00 a.m. on August 20, 2021, at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property set forth in the Amended Final Summary Judgment Of Foreclosure:
Lot 8, and the East 18 feet of Lot 7, Block 4, Alva, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 10, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
