NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 18-004180-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Indenture Trustee Under The Indenture Relating To IMH Assets Corp., Collateralized Asset-Backed Bonds, Series 2007-A is the Plaintiff and Robert Zambrano; Unknown Spouse of Robert Zambrano; Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC; City of St. Petersburg, Florida; Signature One Funding Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of September, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), BLOCK 11, INTER-BAY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
