NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2021, entered in Civil Case No.: 18-006403-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSRMF MH MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST II, Plaintiff, and ROBERT HARROP, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE GAIL M. LANTER FAMILY TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 3, 2004; CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE GAIL M. LANTER FAMILY TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 3, 2004; CATHERINE REEDY, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE GAIL M. LANTER FAMILY TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 3, 2004; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of September, 2021, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 1, WOODVALLEY UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 30, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
