NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to an Execution issued in the County Court of Alachua County, Florida, on the 16th day of June A.D., 2021 in the cause wherein Paradigm Properties, Inc., was plaintiff(s), and Joseph Branton and Christine Branton, was defendant(s), being Case No. 09-CC-3194 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, Joseph Branton a/k/a Joseph Michael Branton, Jr.,, in and to the following described property to wit:
