YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT NUMBER 43, PATRIOT SQUARE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3929, PAGE 725 THROUGH 779, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 53 TO 58, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
A Lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 28059 U.S. Highway 19 North, Suite 301, Clearwater Florida 33761, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
