NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 1803, BUILDING 18, PHASE 18, LANDMARK OAKS CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of LANDMARK OAKS CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 6000, Pages 1792-1846, and amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 84, Pages 63-72, amended in Condominium Plat Book 97, Pages 90-98, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3087 Landmark Boulevard, #1803, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 9, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
