NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July22, 2021, in the above-styled cause, and published in the Business Observer, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on September 22, 2021, the following described property:
Lot 17, Block “A”, Second Bayside Addition to St. Petersburg Beach, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 36, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
