NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2021, and entered in 17-002193-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRIL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and JAMES V. VICK; BROOKE E. VICK A/K/A BROOKE VICK are the Defendant(s).
