NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 6, 2021, and entered in 20-000239-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SUNTRUST ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-1F is the Plaintiff and GARY JUDE SINGH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY JUDE SINGH; and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR THE CIT GROUP/CONSUMER FINANCE, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 17, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
