NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit 197 of TOWN AND COUNTRY MOBILE HOME PARK, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 8287, Page 229, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

to the highest and best bidder for cash, at an online sale through the Clerk of the Court, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 23, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
