PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a petition requesting an order approving and allowing the adoption of an adoptive child whose first name is Ayan who is alleged to be your son and whose full name and date and place of birth is set forth in a Schedule annexed to the petition for adoption herein, together with an agreement to adopt and consents to the adoption pursuant to the Domestic Relations Law, has been filed with the Schenectady County Family Court of the State of New York Schenectady County. A hearing on the petition will be held at the Court, located at 612 State Street, Schenectady, NY 12306
On 9/15/2021 at 9:00 AM o'clock in of that day, at which time and place all persons having any interest therein will be heard.
