YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 104-D, with the undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, same being, Condominium Parcel No. 104-D of IRONWOOD THIRD CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded August 7, 1972, in Official Records Book 566, at Pages 684 through 799, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert W. Hendrickson, III, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 601 12th Street West, Bradenton, FL 34205-7414, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
