NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment for Lien Foreclosure dated July 19, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2020CC004818AX of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on September 8, 2021, the following described property:
LOT 7, BLOCK, M. FLORIDANA MOBILE HOMESITE SUBDIVISION UNIT THREE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk of the Court reports the surplus as unclaimed.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
