NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 23, 2021, entered in Case No.: 2020 CA 3424 of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein ANGELA DAWN HOLMES; DANNY W. HOLMES; and UNKNOWN TENANT n/k/a Chris Blimka, are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, the Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, on September 20, 2021 by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the above prescribed date at website www.polk.realforeclose.com, on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Legal: LOT 43, PINE MEADOW ACRES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 48, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A 1999 NOBILITY KINGWOOD MODEL 28 X 60 MANUFACTURED HOME BEARING SERIAL NO.'S: N89416A AND N89416B.
NOTICE IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
