NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2021, and entered in Case No. 53-2020-CA-000930 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the HarborView Mortgage Loan Trust Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-12, is the Plaintiff and Maria M. Garay a/k/a Maria Garay, Juan Carlos Garay, Notting Hill Condominium Association Inc, City of Davenport, Florida, Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Evelyn Rojas, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the August 30, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
