Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the final judgment dated August 2, 2021 in case number 53-2021CA-000861-0000-00 in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein SOUTH STATE BANK, N.A., a national banking association, f/k/a CENTERSTATE BANK, N.A., as Plaintiff, and JAYANTH V. ALLURI, SRI PRATHIMA ALLURI, and WATER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of September, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
