NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 28, 2021, in Civil Action No. 21-CC-608, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which OKEECHOBEE GGE TRUST, TRUST
MANAGEMENT SERVICES, LLC, AS TRUSTEE is the Defendant, and ENCHANTING ACRES CO-OP, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on August 26, 2021, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
UNIT #E-58 OF ENCHANTING ACRES MOBILE HOME PARK, A COOPERATIVE, ACCORDING TO EXHIBIT “B” (PLOT PLAN) OF THE MASTER FORM PROPRIETARY LEASE RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1561, PAGES 1886 THROUGH 1912, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
