FERREL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHLEEN FERRELL A/K/A KATHLEEN S. FERREL; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on September 02, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH PERPETUAL RIGHT OF INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE WESTERLY 10 FEET OF LOT 13 AND THE EASTERLY 10 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK A, GUILFORD ACRES.
