YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action involving foreclosure on a Mortgage on real property situated and lying in Sarasota County, Florida has been filed against you on the following described real property located in Sarasota County, Florida attached as Exhibit “A” and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiffs' attorney, Alyssa M. Nohren, whose address is Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen & Ginsburg, P.A., 2033 Main Street, Suite 600, Sarasota, FL 34237, within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of Court in the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default and a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
