NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2021, and entered in Case No. 20-CA-002862 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is Plaintiff and THOMAS M. FOWLER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS M. FOWLER; WESTWIND PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 7th day of October, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 46 IN BUILDING 9, PHASE 2 OF WEST WIND PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED JANUARY 10, 1986 IN OFFICIAL RECORD 4721 ON PAGE 117 AND THE AMENDMENT THERETO RECORDED JANUARY 28, 1986 IN OFFICIAL RECORD 4731 ON PAGE 530 AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9 ON PAGE 9 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
