NOTICE IS HEREBY given as required by a Final Judgment of Foreclosure - Count I filed on Aug. 4, 2021 and entered in Case No. 2021-CC-002942 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, where GLCC of SW FL, LLC, is the Plaintiff and MARRA CONSTRUCTION, INC., a Florida corporation, and any other unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouse claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendant, are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the September 3, 2021 , the following described property in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure - Count I:
Lot 12, Block 7, Unit 1, Section 13, Township 45 South, Range 26 East, a subdivision of Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page(s) 99, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
