NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 20-004780-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC. , Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BONNIE J. THOMAS AKA BONNIE JEAN THOMAS, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of September, 2021, the following described property:
UNIT A, BUILDING 22, ROSETREE VILLAGE, PHASE IIB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
