MASOOD ALVANDI and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, MASOOD ALVANDI WHO IS NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE relative to property located at:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1012, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 14, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 3A THROUGH 3E, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as 18376 Toronto, Avenue, Port Charlotte, Florida 33954; Parcel ID 402206405009 (hereinafter referred to as the “Property”), and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Berlin Patten Ebling, PLLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, 3700 South Tamiami Trail, Suite 200, Sarasota, Florida, 34239, on or before September 20, 2021.
Notice will also be published in said publication on the following dates (once during each week for 4 consecutive weeks) Business Observer file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
