YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following real property located in Charlotte County, Florida:
Land in Charlotte County, Florida being a portion of Lots 8 and 9 of Midland Acres according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 20 of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, more fully described as follows:
Begin at the SW corner of Lot 3, Midland Acres; thence N 00° 18' 31” E along Weet line of Lots 3 thru 8 Inclusive, 1801.00 feet to Point of Beginning; thence continue same line, 536.76 feet to the NW corner of Lot 9; thence S 88° 04' 49” E along the North line of Lot 9, 927.83 feet to the NE corner of Lot 9; thence S 00° 03' 69” E, 331.61 feet; thence S 00° 36' 11” W, 177.49 feet; thence N 89° 47' 21” E, 928.73 feet to Point of Beginning.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Christopher J. Horlacher, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2639 Fruitville Rd., Ste. 203, Sarasota, FL 34237, on or before September 23, 2021, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
