NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2021, in the above-styled cause, and published in the Business Observer, ANGELINA “ANGEL” COLONNESO, Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on September 21, 2021 the following described property:
Unit/Lot No. S-11, Bayshore Windmill Village, according to Exhibit “B” (the Plot Plan) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 2137, Page 6637, et seq., Public Records of Manatee County, Florida (the “Unit”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
