Final Judgment was awarded on July 1, 2021 in Civil Case No. 2019CA003647000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, MIDFIRST BANK is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF PATTE MIKE RICE, DECEASED; SUSAN CRAWFORD; KIMBERLY KING; LOY ROBERT GOSSETT; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED FROM FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, A CORPORATION TO PATTE MIKE RICE BY DEED DATED AUGUST 21, 2000 AND RECORDED AUGUST 31, 2000 IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2000139010 IN BOOK 04524 PAGE 0094, OF OFFICIAL RECORDS.
