NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 15, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-002301 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff and LORIN K. HAYES; AMY S. HAYES A/K/A AMY HAYES; POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on September 13, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
