NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, on August 9, 2021, I will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, on September 2, 2021, beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the Lobby of the Third Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described real property:
Unit 15, MELALEUCA VILLAGE, Group A, a condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 350, Page 411-476, Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Together with all of its appurtenances according to the Declaration.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
