NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2021 CA 000428 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Doyle F. Smith a/k/a Doyle Franklin Smith,, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on September 27, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
