NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2021, entered in Case No. 19-CA-005755 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE IGLOO SERIES III TRUST, is the Plaintiff and ROGER E. NELSON; RENEE M. NELSON; STERLING RANCH MASTER ASSOCIATION INC, are the Defendants.
