NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-007332 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR CDC MORTGAGE CAPITAL TRUST 2002-HE1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-HE1, is Plaintiff ALBERT GREEN; MARINA GREEN; CITY OF TAMPA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALBERT GREEN; UNKNOWN TENANT #LG UNKNOWN TENANT #2,, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of September, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 27.0 FEET OF LOT 4 AND THE EAST 40.0 FEET OF LOT 5 OF HIGH RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2216 E Cayuga St, Tampa, Florida 33610
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
