NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2020, and Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure, Nunc Pro Tunc, dated February 18, 2021 and entered in 16-CA-009613 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and DEAN A. FERGUSON A/K/A DEAN FERGUSON; TRISHA M. FERGUSON A/K/A PATRICIA M. FERGUSON; BALEARES AT WATERCHASE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; and WATERCHASE MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
