NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under and by virtue of the Amended Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 13, 2021, under Case No. 20-CA-5116 DIV G of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein MUNGER and STONE, LLP, a Foreign limited liability partnership, is Plaintiff, and the Defendants, AMERICAN DREAMING RESTAURANTS, INC., a dissolved Florida corporation, d/b/a EATS AMERICAN GRILL, et al, are Defendants, Cindy Stuart, Clerk of the Court, will offer for sale and sell at an internet online auction, which may be accessed at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on October 6, 2021, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
