Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Lien Foreclosure entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Unit 82, TERRAVERDE H CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1952, Page 3144, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Parcel ID #12-46-24-19-00000.0820
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on September 1, 2021, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031
