ELENA SCIAFANI AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF FRANK INFANTINO, DECEASED; ELENA SCIAFANI AS AN HEIR TO THE ESTATE OF FRANK INFANTINO, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, BENEFICIARIES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF FRANK INFANTINO, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, SUCCESSORS, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS and THE UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION,

TO DEFENDANTS: THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, BENEFICIARIES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF FRANK INFANTINO, DECEASED, and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, SUCCESSORS, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS,
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following described property in Lee County, Florida:
Unit A-2, COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, all as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto and forming a part thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 457, Page 351, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. The above description includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium unit above described, including the undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and answer to the complaint on the Plaintiff's attorney, KEITH H. HAGMAN, ESQ., The Pavese Law Firm, P.O. Drawer 1507, Fort Myers, FL 33902 and file the original in the offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court within thirty (30) days after the first publication of the Notice, otherwise, the allegations of the complaint will be taken as confessed.
This notice shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in Lee County, Florida.
