Final Judgment was awarded on August 16, 2021 in Civil Case No. 20-CA-001346, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2006-OA1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA1 is the Plaintiff, and JOHN KREATSOULAS; TERESA KREATSOULAS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A PAMELA GONZALEZ are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on December 15, 2021 at 09:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, RANCHO 80, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 891 AT PAGE 305 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
