YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint has been filed against you by the Plaintiff, DENNIS S. SPOONER, seeking a quiet title of real property located in Pinellas County, described as follows:
Legal description: Unit/Lot No. 114 of GOLDEN ACRES MOBILE HOME PARK according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, legally described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and/or objections, if any, on the Plaintiff's attorney, Caitlein J.
