NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 22, 2014, and the Order Re-Opening Case and Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Re-Set Foreclosure Sale entered on July 24, 2021 in case number 13-004919-CI that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the following described property, as set forth in the Final Judgment and having been assigned to Fairport Asset Management III, LLC, to the highest bidder for cash on September 22, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (EDT) via online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, TO-WIT:
LOTS 1, 2, 3, AND 4, BLOCK F OF SECOND ADDITION TO BELMONT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 88, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING AND BEING IN SEC. 22-29-15.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
