NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2021 and entered in Case No. 21-000688-CO of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of St. Petersburg, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and Bruce Williams, Monnica Williams, Midland Funding, LLC, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Colonial Bank, N.A., Unknown Person in Possession of the Property is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 21, 2021 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
