Final Judgment was awarded on March 24, 2021 in Civil Case No. 19-001250-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF CSMC 2018-RPL1 TRUST is the Plaintiff, and JOSEPH BOGART; ; BARKWOOD SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on September 14, 2021 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 6349, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BARKWOOD SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5027, PAGES 458 THROUGH 523, INCLUSIVE AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 25 THROUGH 27, INCLUSIVE, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
