NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 4, 2021, and entered in Case No. 18-001373-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-HE2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and BRENDA INGRAM; USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK (“USAA FSB”); PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINA ANNE RAWLINGS; LSG COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC., are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 21ST day of SEPTEMBER, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60, BLOCK E, LAKE ST. GEORGE-UNIT V-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE 87 AND 88 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
