ESTATE OF HEIKE MARLENE MAGNUS, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 1105, Building (Phase) 11, together with its appurtenances as described in the Declaration of Condominium of LANDMARK OAKS CONDOMINIUM, a Phase Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 6000, Page 1792, as further described in Condominium Plat Book 84, Page 63, and as amended to add Phase 11 by Amendment to the Declaration recorded in O. R, Book 6408, Page 2362, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 94, Pages 28 through 36, and any other amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3053 Landmark Blvd., #1105, Palm Harbor, FL 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 30, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
