NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2021 and entered in Case No. 21-CA-000487-AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida where City of Bradenton, is the Plaintiff and Unknown heirs, grantees, beneficiaries, or other persons claiming by or through Patricia McMurria, Deceased or her estate, Frances Gordy McMurria, Unknown Person in Possession of the Property is/are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on September 21, 2021 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Begin at a point on 29th Street, West 210 feet east and 210 feet North of the South west corner of U.S.Lot #2, Section 27, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, which point of beginning is marked by a metal marker set by W. H. Coggeshail, Surveyor, and said point of beginning is also 210 feet north of the Southeast (center) inter section of 29th Street with First Avenue and is also the northeast corner of a certain lot owned by James R. Powell and Jane F. Powell; from said point of beginning run north along 29th Street 75 feet to a metal marker set by said Coggeshail; run thence west 108 feet to a metal marker; run thence South 75 feet more or less to a metal marker in the north line of the lot of said Powells run thence East 108 feet more or less to the P.O. B.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
