Notice is hereby given of the intention to apply to the 2022 Regular Legislative Session or subsequent sessions held in 2022 or following years for passage of a Bill to provide for the relief of Reginald Jackson Arising out of traffic stop on October 18, 2001, When he was shot in the neck by City of Lakeland Police Officer Michael Cochran. The Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit entered a Final Judgment awarding $412,500 to Reginald Jackson, Of which $100,000 was paid by the City of Lakeland. The total amount of the claim sought through the claims Bill process is $312,500
