NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 2019CA004173, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST VI-A, is Plaintiff and LUANN G. MCNEER A/K/A LUANN MCNEER F/K/A LUANN GROSH; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the prescribed date at www.polk.realforeclose.com on September 15, 2021 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9 AND 10 IN BLOCK F OF IDA LAKE SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN BY MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 10 AND BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 9 IN BLOCK F OF IDA LAKE SUBDIVISION, RUN THENCE IN A SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION ON CONTINUATION OF NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 9, A DISTANCE OF 251 FEET; THENCE AT RIGHT ANGLES TO THE AFORESAID LINE, RUNNING IN A SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION A DISTANCE OF 50 FEET; THENCE IN A NORTHWESTERLY DIRECTION ON A CONTINUATION OF SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF LOT 10, EXTENDED IN A SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION A DISTANCE OF 266 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 10; THENCE IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF LOTS 9 AND 10 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL MOBILE HOMES LOCATED ON SUBJECT PROPERTY.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
