Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the final judgment dated August 11, 2021 in case number 53-2021CA-000446-0000-00 in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein SOUTH STATE BANK, N.A., a national banking association, f/k/a CENTERSTATE BANK, N.A. f/k/a CENTERSTATE BANK OF FLORIDA, N.A., as Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE A. CAREY, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GEORGE A. CAREY, DECEASED, CHRISTINA CAREY AND DEAN CAREY, AS CO-TRUSTEES OF THE GEORGE A. CAREY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, DATED APRIL 12, 2015, CATHERINE L. CLAFFEY, CHRISTINA CAREY, DEAN CAREY, DEER CREEK GOLF AND TENNIS RV RESORT PHASE III-G HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 28th day of September, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
