All Marine Storage & Service Inc. gives notice & intent to sell for non-payment of labor, service & storage fees the following vessel on 09/13/2021 at 8:30 AM at 4480 Exchange Ave. Naples, FL 34104 Parties claiming interest have rights to a hearing prior to sale with Clerk of Court. Owner has rights to recover possession of vessel w/out judicial proceedings as pursuant to FL Statute 559.917. The lien claimed by the lienor is subject to enforcement pursuant to section 713.60 & 713.585 FL Statutes. The vessel may be sold to satisfy the lien. Any proceeds recovered from sale over the amount of lien will be deposited w/ Clerk of the Court for disposition upon court order. Said Company reserves the right to accept or reject any & all bids.
