NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien which is dated May 28, 2021 and was recorded June 16, 2021, in Official Records Book 5964, Page 3549, as Instrument #6078084 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at WHITE SANDS CLUB RESORT Manager's Office, 260 3rd Street South, Naples, FL on the 21st day of SEPTEMBER, 2021, at 11:30 a.m., the following described real property located in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
